Kind things you can do…

It makes you happy too. The science proves it. You will be happier and healthier for being kind.

Well there so much you can do but here is a few ideas to get you started….

  • buy someone a coffee
  • smile at a friend
  • write a letter and reach out
  • sponsor a child
  • compliment somebody
  • rescue a pet
  • practice emotional correctness
  • volunteer some time to others
  • plant a garden
  • send a compliment in an email

Big or small kind acts or thoughts are all a  step in the right direction and as the Dalia Lama says it is wisely selfish because you benefit too !
